Nature of the Site

This site stores no official booking, court, or custody records. It cannot confirm a current custody status, release anyone, post bond, or file a document with an agency or court.

Its purpose is to point visitors toward official Esmeralda County, Nevada, state, and federal resources and to independent research tools. A government request remains subject to the custodian's rules, including Nevada NRS Chapter 239 where applicable.

Acceptable Use

• Use the site only in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Do not use site content for employment, housing, lending, insurance, or other prohibited FCRA-regulated decisions.

No Consumer Reporting Service

Esmeralda County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide consumer reports, credit reports, or screening services, and neither do its ad partners through this site. You agree not to use content or a partner result for any FCRA-covered purpose.

• Hiring, firing, or other workplace decisions.
• Tenant or housing decisions.
• Creditworthiness determinations or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for government programs.
• Any other use governed by the FCRA.

Links and Third-Party Services

The site may link to sheriff, court, corrections, government, legal-aid, locator, and outside search sites. Those sites control their own information, availability, terms, fees, and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement or a promise that a destination will return a result.

As-Is Availability

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

Custody information and public records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement by the Esmeralda County Sheriff's Office, a jail, a court, or any other agency.
